Ingredients
- 2 8oz. Salmon Fillets (skin-on)
- 1 Tbl. lemon pepper
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1/2 onion sliced and separated
- 1/2 fresh lemon thinly sliced
- 2 Tbl. Peanut Oil
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic/Parmesan seasoning
- 5 Tablespoon softened butter
- 1 clove minced garlic.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season the fillets with salt & pepper, lemon pepper, old bay, set aside.
2. Mix butter, garlic seasoning, minced garlic together.
3. heat peanut oil in a cast iron frying pan on med/high.
4. When the oil is hot, place Salmon (skin side down). in skillet, place onions, lemon slices on Salmon, dab with 3 Tbl garlic butter & cover, lower heat to medium. cook for 3 min.
5. Flip Salmon over,
6. Remove Skin, replace any onion and lemon that may have fell to the side of the skillet back on top of the salmon, dab the remainder 2 Tbl of garlic butter on top of Salmon and cover and cook until flaky, about another 3 min.
