Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBSP minced onion and or chopped onion
- 4 cups water
- 2- 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 TBSP Durkee Taco Seasoning (or any seasonings you like to add to your goulash - pic of mine below).
- 1 box elbow noodles
- 1 C mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices of Velveeta Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
1. Turn IP on sauté and brown the hamburger. Add in the minced garlic and minced onion.
2. Once hamburger is browned, hit the cancel button and add 3 cups of water.
3. In a separate bowl combine 1 cup of water, the tomato sauces, tomato paste, sugar and seasoning(s). Mix well and add to the IP.
4. Pour in box of elbow noodles on top.
5. Close and lock lid. Turn to seal. Hit Manual button at high pressure for 4 minutes with quick pressure release once it's done.
6. Once pressure is released, open lid, stir well and add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and velveeta. Mix in well and serve.
