Ingredients

• 1 3/4 C all purpose flour
• 1 3/4 C brown sugar
• 3/4 C cocoa
• 1 1/2 t baking powder
• 1 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1 t vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 4 T vegetable oil
• 1 C boiling water
• Confectioners sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and slowly whisk in wet ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 X 12 baking pan and bake 25 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar
