Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli (stem & florets attached - about 2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. dried chille flakes
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt & fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Steam broccoli whole for a lovely presentation or speed the process along by breaking or cutting into bite-sized florets
Steam broccoli until you can easily insert a knife into the center of the broccoli head or a fork into the larger florets (5-6 mins)
Preheat broiler. Drain broccoli and place it in a baking dish. Drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese, chile flakes and oregano. Broil broccoli until cheese is golden brown, 2-3 mins. Squeeze some lemon juice onto broccoli, season with salt & pepper to taste & serve.
