Ingredients

  • 1 Box White Cake Mix
  • 1 C All Purpose Flour
  • 1 C White Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/3 C Water
  • 2 Tb Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (CLEAR) (or Almond!!)
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 4 Egg Whites

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. (Makes 36 cupcakes)

Whisk cake mix, flour, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended. fill cups 3/4 full.

Bake 18 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Frost with Wedding Cake Buttercream!
