Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni according to package directions. In large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth, gradually whisk in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in 3 cups cheese and Worcestershire sauce until cheese is melted. Drain macaroni, and stir into sauce. Transfer to a greased ovenproof casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 5-10 minutes longer until bubbly and chees is melted.
