Roll cupcake in crushed cookies.

Grass Cupcakes

Color frosting with green coloring, fill decorator bag fitted with a #233 tip.
Pipe grass on 7 cupcakes.

Green Cupcakes

Pour green sugar into a shallow bowl and roll cupcake in sugar.

Flag

Wrap a 4 inch piece of fruit roll-up around one end of the lollipop stick.
Gently push together the roll-up, using scissors, cut the roll-up into a triangle shape.
Put a small amount of white frosting in a decorator bag, fitted with #3 tip.
Pipe on the hole number.

Melt a small amount of white chocolate in the microwave, attach the licorice pastel to one side of the Smartie candy.
Place in freezer for the few minutes until set.
Add the Golf Ball to the Smartie with a small amount of white chocolate.

Using a #3 Tip and green frosting carefully add some extra grass around the edges.
Add the flag.
Add the hole marker using a small piece of Tootsie Roll cut and gently shaped.
