Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb top trimmed off
- Little cluster f fresh thyme
- Chopped garlic 1 or 2 cloves
- Toss with canola. Oil
- Add some honey
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Slice fennel in half and then in about 1/2 inch wedges
Toss with other ingredients.
Roast at 400 f for about 20 mins.
