Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 halves) cut in to bite-size pieces
- 4 c chicken broth
- 2 cans/boxes of cream of mushroom soup
- 4-8 c baby spinach depending on preference
- 16 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
- parmesan cheese, salt, and Italian seasoning to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
1. cut up or cube your chicken prior to cooking. Turn on IP to saute putting the chicken and broth in first.
2. Then put in all ingredients in IP other than the cheese. Break spaghetti noodles in half and stir.
3. Place cheese slices on top of other ingredients
4. put lid on and switch IP to poultry for 15 minutes.
5. use the quick release valve.
