Ingredients
- 1 piece of mild white fish cut in small pieces
- 1/4 pound of bay scallops cut in half
- 3/4 pound of shrimp cut up in small pieces
- chopped and seeded cucumber
- chopped and seeded tomato
- chopped onion
- jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped into small pieces
- red bell pepper chopped
- cilantro
- avocado, chopped
- crab meat - optional

Preparation
Step 1
Put the fish, scallops and shrimp in plastic bowl and cover with lime juice and refrigerate for 4 hours. Drain 3/4 of lime juice and add vegetables and cilantro, except avocado. Marinate, add avocado (and crab) just before serving.
