Ingredients

  • 1 piece of mild white fish cut in small pieces
  • 1/4 pound of bay scallops cut in half
  • 3/4 pound of shrimp cut up in small pieces
  • chopped and seeded cucumber
  • chopped and seeded tomato
  • chopped onion
  • jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped into small pieces
  • red bell pepper chopped
  • cilantro
  • avocado, chopped
  • crab meat - optional

Step 1

Put the fish, scallops and shrimp in plastic bowl and cover with lime juice and refrigerate for 4 hours. Drain 3/4 of lime juice and add vegetables and cilantro, except avocado. Marinate, add avocado (and crab) just before serving.
