Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. Mix in salt, mustard, pepper, and mayonnaise. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping lightly. Arrange eggs on a large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
