Strawberry Margarita Jello Shots

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. strawberries
• 6 oz. margarita mix
• 1 cup really good tequila
• 2 oz. triple sec
• 3 oz. strawberry flavored jello

Preparation

Step 1

Hull out the strawberries and cut the bottom (not a lot), just enough so the strawberries stand up. You don't want a hole on the bottom.

Boil 6 oz. of margarita mix.

Place the strawberry jello in a bowl and add the boiling margarita mix.

Stir well until the gelatin dissolves completely.

Add the tequila and triple sec and stir.

Stand up the strawberries and fill.

Chill for at least 4 hours.

When ready to eat, rub the rim of the strawberries with a lime wedge.

Dip and rotate them in sugar.
