Mother used to make this when friends came over for dinner. Everyone raved about the glaze that she made.

Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs Boneless Pork Roast
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbl Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 10 oz Apple Jelly
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp AllSpice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine jelly, ketchup, water, and spices in sauce pan. Heat slowly until jelly melts, stirring constantly. Simmer 3-4 minutes. During the last 1/2 hour of cooking the pork roast, baste with sauce. Serve remaining sauce with meat.
Any sauce left may be kept in the refrigerator for 1-2 months.
