  • Topping:
  • 3 cups canned yams, drained and mashed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and place in a large greased baking dish.
Mix toppings together and spread on top of potato mixture.
bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until crusty.
Let cool 15-20 minutes before serving.
