Ingredients
- 3 pork chops
- 3 tablespoon miso
- 3 tablespoon mirin
- 3 tablespoon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix miso mirin and sugar.
Put pork chops and the marinade in ziploc bag and store in refrigerator for 6 hours, or up to one day.
Heat a non-stick pan with oil, and cook one side of the pork on medium heat until 70% is done. Turn over the pork and cook until done.
Rest the cooked pork for few minutes, and and serve.
