Aurelia's Candy Cookie - Chris Abell

Mother got this recipe from one of the Cor Jesu moms. This has been passed on to several friends since they're easy to make and kids love them.

Ingredients

• 1 cup White Corn Syrup
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 cups Crunchy Peanut Butter
• 5 cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

Step 1

Bring syrup and sugar to rolling boil. Add peanut butter and Rice Krispies. Drop on wax paper.

Makes about 90.
