Preparation

Step 1

Arrange bottoms of rolls in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish

Layer with ham and Gruyere cheese.

Spread each roll top with cream cheese.

Place the roll tops over the sandwiches in the pan.

In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter then add the grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce and minced onion. Pour the butter mixture over the sandwiches (or spoon it on with a large spoon). Let stand for at least 20 minutes.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.

May cover them with foil for 10-15 minutes, then uncover for the rest of the time in the oven to avoid them getting crispy.
