Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• CRUST MIXTURE:
• 1/2 C Brown Sugar
• 1/4 C Flour
• 1/2 C Pecans Chopped
• 1/4 Stick Butter Melted
• SWEET POTATO MIXTURE:
• 1-1/2 C Sweet Potatoes Mashed
• 1/2 C Sugar
• Dash Salt
• 1/2 t Vanilla
• 1 Egg Beaten
• 1/4 C Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven 350F.

Crust, Medium Bowl, Add All Ingredients & Mix. Set Aside.

Potato, Large Bowl, Add All Ingredients in Order Above.

Pyrex Dish, Coated with 1/4C Butter. Pour Potato Mixture in.

Evenly Sprinkle Crust Mixture Over Potato.

Bake 30 Minutes.
