Ingredients
- (makes 4 cups)
- 2 Cups Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Horseradish
- 3/4 cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Step 1
Whisk to mix well. Place in fridge for 2 hours so the flavors blend. Brush on smoked chicken the last 30 minutes of cooking or use as a dipping sauce.
