Ingredients
- 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups turkey broth
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t white pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, carrots, and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
Blend in flour
Gradually stir in broth then half and half.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Stir in salt and pepper, cayenne, and turkey.
Stir a few minutes until turkey is heated through
