Ingredients
- 1 ⁄2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 3 ⁄4 cup sour cream
- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 ⁄2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped 1⁄2 cup minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 to 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, according to preference
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: You can add a few dashes of Tabasco Sauce, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, with a hand-held mixer, beat the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic paste, lemon juice, celery salt, salt and pepper until smooth. To the mixture add the cheeses, artichokes, and green onion, and mix well. Spoon into 9”x9” glass baking dish.
BAKE 30-40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Can be served with small baguette slices, chips or crackers.
