Box Cake Fix

make a box cake taste like it's from a bakery

Ingredients

• a Box Of Cake Mix:
• Add one additional egg for richness
• Use melted butter in place of the oil
• Use sour cream in place of the milk or water
• 2 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your baking pans.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
In your mixer bowl place the wet ingredients
Then add in half of the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix together
Then add the rest of the dry ingredients and blend them in.
Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed in your mixer.
Bake as recommended on the box

For cupcakes:
fill cups 3/4 full
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, when you put cupcakes in the oven reduce heat to 325 degrees, bake for 25 minutes
