Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/8-1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/4-1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 tsp. seasoning of choice—FOX POINT, BRADY STREET, MURAL of FLAVOR (salt free)
- 1/2-1 tsp. salt, to taste (optional)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a roasting pan, toss the cauliflower with enough olive oil to coat.
3. Sprinkle with the cheese, SEASONING, salt and PEPPER. Stir to coat.
4. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so, until the cauliflower is browned and tender when pierced with a fork.
5. Most of the oil runs off, so lift out of the pan with a slotted spoon.
