Welcome Home Stew

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 lbs Stew Meat
• 2 1/2 C beef broth
• 5-6 Potatoes - Cut small
• 1/2 Onion - chopped up
• Baby Carrots -cut in halves
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Pepper
• 1/3 C Cooking Tapioca
• 1 (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
• 1/2 Pkg. Frozen Mixed Veggies (or frozen Peas and carrots)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put Stew Meat and Beef Broth in pot.
2. Mix Potatoes, Onion, Carrots, Salt, Pepper and Tapioca in a large bowl and add to pot.
3. Pour Tomato Sauce on top and Veggies
4 Make sure to keep mixture away from the sides of pot as best you can.
5. Close lid and hit the meat/stew button - cook for 35 minutes. Quick release pressure.
