ENGLISH CRABBIES

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1 small package Velveeta cheese
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 4 green onions, chopped fine
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tin crab meat or (1 package imitation crab meat)
• 12 English muffins

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and cheese on low heat in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, mix and cool.

Spread mixture on halves of English muffins. Cut muffins into quarters.

Place on baking sheet and freeze. Store frozen in bag.

At serving time, bake at 400°F on baking sheet until cheese is melted and bubbly.
