Sesame Steak Stir-Fry
- 1 T. garlic, minced
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red bell pepper, cut
- 1 lbs. sirloin steak, cooked and boneless
- 1 T. sesame seeds
Preparation time 10mins
Begin by combining the garlic, soy sauce, and red peppers in a bowl.
Then, heat a skillet over high heat. Add oil to the pan and place the beef there and let it cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Repeat this procedure for the remaining beef. Add onions and soy sauce mixture to the pan and let them cook for a minute. Return beef to pan; cook for 1 minute. Top the dish with sesame seeds.
