BREAST - Actifry Chicken and Brown Rice

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cubed chicken breast
- Actifry recipe chicken marinade of choice - I tried 5 spice the first time
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 9 tablespoons brown basmati rice, cooked with broth and salt and cooled
- 2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (Asian versions)
- thinly sliced green onions and herbs of choice to garnish
- leftover veggies can be added, if on hand
- sesame seeds to garnish (Asian versions)
- lemon or lime wedges, to garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken overnight or as little as 1 hour. (The first time I made this, I took the bag of chicken cubes out of the fridge after my bath, partially thawed it in the microwave for 1 minute then marinated right away. When I cooked it an hour later, it was completely thawed.)
Cook chicken in ActiFry bowl for 8 minutes then remove to a bowl. Add additional oils and cold rice and cook for another five minutes or so until rice is hot and starting to get crispy. Return chicken and cool for 2 minutes more then serve.
