Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1-2 teaspoons gochujang (see note)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon liquid honey
- 1/3 cup unpopped popcorn kernels

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together the butter, gochujang, sesame oil and honey. It will become thick, like ketchup, but begin to separate quickly.
Pop popcorn by your method of choice. Pour gochujang butter mixture over popcorn and toss to coat.
Recipe Notes
For a milder gochujang butter, use only 1 teaspoon of gochujang. If you like it spicier, use 2 teaspoons.
