Pizza, Taco

Ingredients

• 1 -11 oz tube of refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 1 cup shredded taco- blend cheese
• 1 cup re fried beans
• lettuce,tomato,salsa,olives, etc

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a flat rimmed baking sheet with foil. Then, spray foil with non stick cooking spray, then, dust lightly with flour. Spread pizza dough on top of foil evenly.
Bake crust for 5 minutes by itself, then, remove. Set aside.
In a skillet, brown meat. Add in taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water and mix well. Increase heat and simmer meat for 5 minutes to thicken.
Spread re-fried beans on dough. The top with meat and cheese.
Bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown.
Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, olives, etc.
