Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Mix the olive oil and the lemon juice together in a small bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, seasoned salt, pepper, and rosemary.
4. Dip the fish into the wet mix, then into the dry mix to coat.
5. Place the fish on a greased baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes (or until fish flakes easily).
