  • 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs [20 Leibniz Vollkorn, finely crushed]
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons [85 g] butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375 F [190 C].
2. In an 8-in or 9-in glass pie pan, melt the butter in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds or so.
3. Mix in the cookie crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Press into pie pan.
4. Bake for 7 minutes.
