Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1/4 cup finely chopped ripe olives
- 3/4 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
To make meat shells, combine ground beef, spices, and cold water, mix well. Press meat mixture into the bottom and up the sides of small tart pans and set aside.
Combine sour cream, salsa, olives, tortilla chips and Cheddar cheese. Spoon filling into shell, mounding slightly. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until meat shells are well browned.
Remove tarts from oven, remove from pans, and place on paper towel to absorb any excess grease. Place on serving dish and serve immediately with sour cream and salsa.
