Chicken and Orzo Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
- Seasoned Flour:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 T butter
- 1 cup orzo
- 2 cups water
- 2 pouches Swanson flavor boost (OR 2 cups very rick chicken stock - omit water if using stock)
- 2 T dehydrated onion
- 2 strips cooked bacon, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 t garlic pepper
- pinch curry powder

Preparation
Step 1
Pound chicken breast with a mallet to about 1/2 inch thickness between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
Mix seasoned flour ingredients and dredge each chicken breast with the flour mixture.
In a large skillet over med heat, melt butter.
Brown chicken breasts on each side.
Don't worry if the butter turns brown.
Remove chicken and add the uncooked orzo and brown in remaining butter.
Add the 2 cups water, flavor boost, and onion. Stir
Place browned chicken breast on top of orzo mixture. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the diced bacon and broccoli.
Cover and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until water is almost absorbed and broccoli is cooked to crisp tender. Do not overcook
