Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko and regular bread crumbs mixed
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup franks red hot buffalo sauce

Preparation
Step 1
-Toss chicken with flour in a bag until completely coated. Dip chicken in the eggs; then coat well with breadcrumbs
FRY
-Heat oil and cook chicken 6-8 minutes until cooked and crispy.
BAKE
-Place chicken on sprayed pan in oven at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
-Toss chicken in hot sauce. Serve!
