  • 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 t. shallots, minced
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper

Cooking time 15mins


Step 1

Whisk together oil, vinegar, shallots, salt and pepper. Let stand 5 minutes for flavors to blend.

You can marinate tomato wedges in the dressing for a few minutes to add extra flavor to the tomatoes.
