Ingredients
- Brine:
- 1 seedless cucumber
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 t dill
- 1/2 c white vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1 T kosher salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Using a mandolin slicer or knife, cur cucumber into very thin slices.
Slice onion slightly thicker.
Cut round onion in half and separate
Mix brine indgredients, stirring until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Place cucumbers and onions in a large ceramic or glass bowl
Pour brine over cucumber mixture and stir to make sure it is immersed in the brine.
Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours
