Ingredients

• 1 pounds lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tbsp chopped onion
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients. Place on a 9x5x3 roasting pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with desired topping and cook another 3-5 minutes.
