Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
• 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 t garlic powder
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t pepper
• 1 T Worcestershire sauce or steak sauce
• 1-2 T ketchup (1 T if you are using steak sauce)
• 1 cup cheddar cheese cut into 1/4 inch cubes
• 8-10 slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except bacon.
Form into a loaf shape.
Top with bacon strips on lattice shape
Tuck the ends of the bacon under the loaf
place in a 7x11 oblong pan with rack
Bale 50-60 min or until internal temp is 160 degrees
