Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick (1 pound total)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth, preferably low sodium
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing (e.g. Kraft)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced

Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until done. transfer chops to plate, reserve drippings in skillet; cover to keep chops warm. Add broth to skillet; stir to scrape up browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until thickened. Spoon half the sauce over the chops. Serve the remaining sauce on the side.
