Crock-Pot S'mores Lava Cake

In addition to the ingredients listed below you will need whatever ingredients are called for to prepare the cake mix (usually eggs, oil and water) as well as the pudding mix (milk).

Ingredients

• 1 box chocolate cake mix such as Duncan Hines brand
• 5.9 ounces boxed instant chocolate pudding mix such as Jello brand
• 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup graham crackers crushed
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare the cake mix according to the box. Set aside.
Prepare the pudding mix according to the box. Set aside.
Pour the prepared cake batter into a greased 5 quart crock-pot.
Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows on top of the cake batter.
Pour the prepared pudding carefully on top of the mini marshmallows.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on to of the pudding.
Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly on top of the chocolate chips.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. Edges will be done and the center will be bubbly.
