Step 1

In a tall glass pour 1/2 c fresh squeezed tangerine juice. Then pour 1 1/2 oz black vodka over the back of a spoon so it sits on top of the juice and creats a layer of black. Then slice off 1/4 inch off each end of black licorice to create a straw.
