    g margarine

    ml spar castor sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1 1/2

    cups self raising flour

  • 60

    ml milk

  • 5

    ml vanilla essence

Directions

Cream the margarine and sugar together. Add the eggs. Add only dry ingredients and then milk and vanilla essence. Bake at about 200C for 10-12 minutes.
