  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad dressing seasoning mix**
  • 2 lbs red (cut in quarters) or fingerling (cut in half) potatoes
  • 1 pkg = 3 tblsp

Step 1

Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Cut potatoes.

Place cut potatoes in a large plastic bag; shake to coat.

Then add dry dressing mix and toss to coat potatoes. Turn potatoes over half way through baking time.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Optional: wrap coated potatoes in heavy foil sprayed with Pam, if it isn't non-stick foil. Then cook on the grill for 20-30 minutes.

OPTIONAL for Onion Flavor: Coat 10 large potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes with 1/2 cup oil in a plastic bag. Mix 1 pkg of French Onion Soup mix and 2 pkgs of Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad dressing seasoning mix and add to oil coated potatoes. Marinate for 1 hour.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn potatoes half way through baking time.
