Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbls flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 3 Tbls olive oil, divided
- 1/2 C sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 C Marsala wine
- 1/2 C chicken broth or stock
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Step 1
Place chicken breast between 2 sheets of wax paper, pound until it to 1/4" thickness.
In a large bowl or plastic bag, combine flour with the next 3 ingredients.
Add chicken to mixture, toss to coat. Set aside
Heat 2 Tbls oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute` the chicken pieces, in batches, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until done and golden in color.
Remove from skillet.
Add mushrooms and remaining oil if needed.
Saute` 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in wine and remaining 3 ingredients. Stir to loosen any particles; bring to a boil.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes more.
