  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp sugar of choice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or allspice

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds and water. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to form a gel, stirring with a whisk occasionally to prevent clumping.

Place the chia seed gel in a blender or food processor container along with the remaining ingredients. Pulse a few times until just combined.

Place the jam in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
