Overnight Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding with Fresh Fruit and Granola

- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- Strawberries, sliced kiwi and blackberries for serving
- Pomegranate seeds for serving
- Granola for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Place chia seeds in a bowl with milk and Greek yogurt and whisk until well blended. Add vanilla and honey and whisk well. Set in the fridge for at least 3 hours, but it’s best if kept in the fridge overnight. Serve with strawberries, kiwi, blackberries, pomegranate seeds and granola.
