Loveless Café Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 30 oz Bag of frozen hashbrowns (shredded potatoes)
• 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
• 2 Cups sour cream (16oz)
• 1 Small finely diced onion
• 2 Cups SHARP shredded cheddar (8oz)
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In very large bowl, combine ingredients and thoroughly mix by hand (rubber gloves recommended)
Spray 9x12 baking dish with Canola Non-Stick spray
Place mixture in baking dish, spread evenly, and bake for 35-45 minutes (until top has some golden brown to it)
