Step 1
Place brisket in pot fat side up. In bowl add ketchup beer jar gravy wine grated garlic allspice mix. Place onions and mushrooms over meat pour sauce mix over all
PRESSURE COOKER. 45minutes. Remove meat let rest10 minutes then slice. Put carrots and potatoes into pot timer 10 minutes
Return meat to pot cook 20 minutes
