HERBED GNOCCHI

Ingredients

  • . 2 garlic cloves
  • . 1 egg
  • . 1tsp. dried basil
  • . 1tsp. oregano
  • . s/p
  • . 125grams of flour
  • . small potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

. combine all ingredients to form a dough, cover and rest for 20 minutes

. roll out dough into small logs and cut into 1/2 inch pieces, roll each piece off the back of a fork to obtain ridges, place in boiling, salted water until done ( should be slightly firm

. fry gnocchi in clarified butter or olive oil until lightly brown, serve with your favorite sauce
