Ingredients

• 1 pkg cream cheese 8 oz, softened
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups about 8
• 1 lb pkg peanut butter cookie dough or homemade

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
In bowl mix together your cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk and beat with mixer until smooth.
Fold in your chopped peanut butter cups, set aside.
In a greased 9"x9" pan press half of your cookie dough until it covers bottom.
Pour your cheesecake mixture over top and then drops small pieces of the remaining cooking dough over the top of that.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until slightly golden.
Chill in refrigerator until set or cut and serve warm out of pan!
